摘要:
在大学生中大力培育社会主义核心价值观，体现了国家重视维护意识形态安全的战略诉求、全社会助力实现中国梦的现实诉求、高校思想政治教育文化自觉的目标诉求以及大学生促进自身全面发展的精神诉求。让社会主义核心价值观在大学生中落地生根，必须垂注制度建构，着力优化大学生核心价值观培育的顶层设计；关注价值诉求，着力构建大学生价值信仰体系以及促成大学生核心价值观认同的行动，以期实现全面发展。
Abstract:
To foster students’ socialist core values illustrates the strategic demands of the country in protecting the ideological security，the reality demands of the society in propelling the realization of China’s dream, the conscious target pursue of college ideological and political education and the spiritual pursue of the students in rounded development. To enable the core socialist values to grow roots among the students, it is vital to attach importance to systems construction and the optimal top design of the cultivation of the students’ core socialist values. It is essential to priotize the students’ values pursue to construct the students’ values and belief system and to promote their identification of the core socialist values.
