军训是实践育人的主要形式之一，为了解新版《普通高等学校军事课教学大纲》 实施后的高校军训成效，对福建某大学2019 级新生军训实践育人情况进行问卷调查，运用SPSS 软件对1104份样本数据进行统计分析，研究发现:90.31%的大学生对2019年军训总体比较满意；大学生对军训目的理解占比高的前三项是磨练意志、锻炼身体、培养吃苦耐劳精神；学唱军歌、战场医疗救护、战术训练是大学生最喜欢的军训科目；92.48%的大学生对军训教官总体比较满意。基于研究数据和访谈结果，提出在新大纲背景下要不断提升军训实践育人成效，
Abstract:
Military training is one of the main forms of practical education. In order to understand the effectiveness of military training in colleges and universities after the implementation of the new version of “The Syllabus of Military Courses in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning”, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the military training of freshmen in 2019 in a university in Fujian, and 1,104 samples were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results show that 90.31% of college students were generally satisfied with the military training in 2019; as to the purposes of military training, according to college students’ understanding, the top three are to hone their will (89.76%), exercise (82.88%), and cultivate the quality of enduring hardships and working hard (76.45%). The top three favorite military training subjects are learning to sing military songs (76.09%), battlefield medical rescue (54.53%) and tactical training (49.55%); 92.48% of college students were generally satisfied with military training instructors. Based on the research data and interview results, it is put forward that the effectiveness of military training practice education has to be improved under the background of the new syllabus, so as to further promote national defense education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
