摘要:
形体舞蹈是培养学生综合素质的一门体育课程，是普通高等学校本科专业根据培养素质教育需要而设置的体育课程之一。通过采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，对高校女生的形体舞蹈课程设计、实施等方面进行了充分的调查研究,并在此基础上提出普通高等学校形体舞蹈课程设计实践、组织实施原则及评价方式，以提升课程的实效性。
Abstract:
Shaping dance is a physical education course to develop the comprehensive quality of students, which is a normal undergraduate course designed catered to the requirements of the quality education. By using the methods of expert interviews, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, an investigation into the design and implementation of shaping dance course of female students is conducted. The guideline of normal undergraduate universities’ shaping dance design and practice, oranization and implementation as well as evaluation modes are proposed to uplift the efficiency of the course.
