摘要:
通过对城市交叉口黄灯期间的驾驶行为进行分析,在黄灯亮起的时刻,某些车辆选择减速停车并不一定合理,因为车辆能否停得住与其行驶速度、减速性能以及车辆与停车线的距离有关。通过理论分析计算车辆以不同的减速度进行制动所需的时间及路段长度,同时对黄灯困境的产生原因进行了剖析。提出设置停车缓冲区的必要性及其管理方法。研究结论对城市交叉口通行效率的提高以及黄灯的规范设置与管理均具有积极的意义。
Abstract:
The driving behaviour during yellow signalling at signalized intersection was analysed. It was found that it is not always rational for all the vehicles to slow down and stop at the moment of the yellow signalling. The reason is that stopping the vehicle is related to the driving speed, deceleration and the distance between the vehicle and the stop line. The length and time interval of different deceleration required for the vehicles to brake were calculated theoretically. The cause of the dilemma zone was analysed. The necessity of setting a buffer for stopping the vehicle before the stop line was proposed. It is indicated that the study can contribute to the city intersection traffic efficiency and the standardized management of the yellow signal.
