摘要:
随着移动互联网迅速发展以及我国老龄人口愈加增多，通过半结构式访谈获取中老年用户对移动互联网家政服务平台的适老体验需求，采用问卷调查获得适老体验因子及其之间的相关性，围绕移动互联网家政服务平台适老体验的基础层级、功能内容、信息结构、框架元素、界面表现这五个层面提出优化策略，为移动互联网家政平台适老体验提供参考价值。
Abstract:
In order to keep up with the development of mobile Internet and the current situation of China’s aging society, semi-structured interviews were used to obtain the elderly users’ demands for aging experience of mobile Internet housekeeping service platforms. Questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain the elderly-oriented experience demands and the relevance between the demands. Optimization strategies were put forward around the basic level, functions, information structure, framework elements and interface performance of the aging experience of the mobile Internet housekeeping service platform, so as to provide reference value for the elderly-oriented experience of the mobile Internet housekeeping platforms.
