摘要:
探索新时代“两新”组织党建工作的积极有效路径，离不开群众路线。由于忽视基层组织工作，造成当前“两新”组织党建工作中党员不能发挥先锋模范作用、党建与企业或团体脱节、实践教育活动形式化等失效现象。解决“两新”组织党建工作的困境，必须坚持为人民着想，与人民协商，同人民结盟的群众路线。同时，企业或团体也要利用自身优势协助党建工作顺利进行。
Abstract:
Exploring a positive and effective path for Party construction in the“two new”organizations in the new era cannot be separated from the mass line. Insufficient attention to the work of grass-roots organizations has led to the failure of party affairs, such as the failure of playing the role of pioneer models, the disconnection between Party construction and enterprises or groups, and the formalization of practical education activities. To remove the difficulties of Party construction in the“two new” organizations, we must adhere to the mass line of thinking about the people, consulting with the people and forming an alliance with the people. At the same time, enterprises or groups should also make use of their own advantages to assist in the smooth progress of Party construction.
