摘要:
延安时期中共基层组织建设是中共在局部执政时期的重要“治党”举措，在坚持党的组织建设基础性地位的同时，通过重视中共基层组织队伍建设、健全中共基层组织体系建设和严肃中共基层组织纪律要求等路径，对维护中共团结统一和促进革命事业发展提供了坚强的组织支撑。 因此，对这一时期中共基层组织建设的基本史实进行系统梳理，能为全面从严治党向基层延伸提供丰富的历史启示。
Abstract:
The construction of the CPC’s primary-level organizations during the Yan’an period was a crucial measure for “governing the Party” during the local ruling period. While upholding the foundational status of the Party’s organization construction, it provides strong support for maintaining the solidarity and unity of CPC organizations and promoting the development of the revolutionary cause by attaching importance to the force construction, system construction and discipline construction of CPC primary-level organizations, etc. Therefore, a systematic understanding of the ways and basic experience of the Party’s strengthening the primary-level organization construction in this period could serve to provide great historical enlightenment for the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party to extend to the primary level.
