摘要:
新时期，高校辅导员队伍面临社会主要矛盾变化，西方意识形态渗透，新媒体技术升级以及大学生情感和认知新特征的现实挑战。基于2017年出台的《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》，提出新时期辅导员队伍建设应提升辅导员专业化水平，提升辅导员新媒体素养，健全辅导员培养与发展体系。
Abstract:
In the new period, the college counselor teams are faced with such real challenges as the change of major social conflicts, the penetration of western ideology, the upgrading of new media technology and the new emotional and cognitive characteristics of college students. Based on the Regulations on College Counselor Team Construction in 2017, it was proposed that in order to promote the team construction of college counselors in the new period, the counselors’ professional abilities, and their new media literacy woud have to be improved, and their training and development system should be enhanced.
