摘要:
大学毕业生就业心理危机预警机制的基本结构包括执行体系和指标体系，其宏观运行可分为朋辈预警工作和院、校层面预警工作两个层次，其微观运行包括预警信息汇集工作、预警信息分析工作和应急处置工作。在大学毕业生就业心理危机预警机制的运行过程中，要抓住其工作重点，提高毕业生的就业心理素质。
Abstract:
The pre-warning mechanism of university graduates’ employment psychological crisis includes an implementation system and an indicator system. Its macroscopic operation consists of pre-warning work of friend generation and that of the university, whereas its microscopic operation includes the collection of pre-warning information, the analysis of the pre-warning information and emergency handling. In the operation process of the mechanism, the key work should be grasped to improve the graduates’ employment psychological quality.
