摘要:
全民健身意义在于推动普通市民利用余暇时间开展体育锻炼，从而提高身心健康。篮球运动因其活动方式简单、起点低，受到众多体育爱好者的欢迎。以业余俱乐部的形式推动该项活动，有专业人员指导，锻炼更科学，更有规律，可以达到更好的效果，使其锻炼规范，使全民健身得到良好的保障。文章以社会经济状况发展处于上中的福州市篮球俱乐部发展状况为基础案例，通过调查问卷和数据分析，归纳业余篮球俱乐部发展瓶颈并提出了系列改进建议。
Abstract:
The significance of national fitness movement lies in pushing ordinary citizens to develop professional sportslike exercises to improve their physical and mental health. Because of its simple mode of activity and low starting point, basketballs have won many fans. To promote basketball playing via amateur clubs can achieve better effect, as the exercise can be more standardized with professional guidance and more regular scientific training. Based on the case study of Fuzhou amateur basketball clubs in Fuzhou, a city with intermediately developed social economy, bottlenecks in the developmend of amateur basketball clubs are summarized via questionnaires and data amalysis and a series of proposals to tackle the bottlenecks are advanced.
