摘要:
伴随着国际产业升级与转移，港口开发和临港地区建设成为我国沿海地区的重要发展战略。以福州市江阴临港地区为例，在全面分析现状的基础上，以港口功能横向拓展和纵向延伸、港区与产业区相互协作、适应不确定性的经济发展为规划思路，提出“两带、两心、三区”的空间结构，构建三大支撑策略,提炼临港地区空间结构模式,为临港地区开发建设提供借鉴。
Abstract:
As global industries are undergoing upgrading or transition, to develop harbour and to construct harbour area has become an important development strategy in China’s coastal areas. With an analysis of the present situation of Jiangyin harbour area in Fuzhou, a planning guideline is designed that is aimed at the horizontal expansion and vertical extension of the harbour area and the integration of the harbour with the industrial zone to adapt to the changing economical development. A spatial structure of “two belts, two centres and three districts” is formulated with three supporting strategies. A spatial structure model of the harbour area is established.
