摘要:
在分析供应链生态采购利润和成本影响因素基础上,结合企业间模块化度对成本和利润的影响,引入了核心企业对供应商提供绿色原材料未达标程度的惩罚机制,建立了生态采购模型,定量分析了模块化程度、绿色原材料环保程度对供应链生态采购的影响。结论表明:在固定价格契约条件下的绿色生态采购,制造商从收益最大化出发应致力于提高企业间的模块化程度、提高对供应商投机行为的监测力度,并制定恰当的原材料绿色环保标准、选择适度的惩罚金额。同时表明模块化程度越高,合同金额越低,即原材料价格越低,供应商市场竞争越激烈。
Abstract:
The ecological purchasing profit and cost affecting factors of supply chain were analysed. The effect of enterprise modularity on profit and cost was discussed. A punishment mechanism for the core enterprise to punish the suppliers with relation to the underqualified supply degree of green raw material was introduced. An ecological purchasing model was established to analyse quantitively the effect of modularity and environmental protection degree of the green raw material on the ecological procurement of the supply chain. The results indicate that under the contract conditions of fixed price, the manufactures should enhance the modularity of the enterprises, uplift the monitoring/supervision of the suppliers’ moneychasing behaviours, establish appropriate environment protection standards and set suitable fines/penalties. The results also show that the higher the degree of modularity, the lower the sum of the contract or the lower the price of the raw materials, the more intense the competition among the suppliers.
