摘要:
作为新生省属重点院校更多为特色新建本科院校，在地方区域经济建设培养人才方面担任着越来越重要的角色。但是新生省属重点院校由于成立时间短、历史积淀少、创新能力缺乏等因素，不能形成有效的育人环境。文章尝试从重塑具有创新理念的大学精神、建立适宜大学创新的现代大学制度、构建有利于创新文化发展的教育质量体系等六个方面对新生省属重点院校创新文化建设中存在问题提出建议与对策。
Abstract:
Newly upgraded provincial key universities are institutions that play a significant role in the regional economy and social development. The newly upgraded provincial key universities are mostly specialized universities, which have played an increasingly important role in local economical construction and professionals development. The newlyupgraded universities have a short period of undergraduate or above education with less historical accumulation, which lack innovation ability and has an underdeveloped educational environment. Countermeasures against the problems in enhancing campus culture innovation are proposed from six aspects, which involve reshaping innovative concept of university spirit，constructing educational quality system conducive to innovative cultural development， establishing modern university system suitable for innovation.
