摘要:
全过程人民民主是习近平总书记对中国民主制度的最新论断，并正式写入《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》。全过程人民民主是中国人民与中国共产党在继承与发展马克思主义民主观的基础上，在百年奋斗中探索出来的民主模式。与西式民主相比，全过程民主是授权民主、行权民主与实质民主三位一体的民主，超越了资本主宰，是真正让人民当家作主、得到实惠的社会主义民主，中国的全过程民主是对西式民主的超越。
Abstract:
The whole-process people’s democracy is General Secretary Xi Jinping’s latest theoretical summary of the socialist democratic system with Chinese characteristics. It was formally written into the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century” adopted by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The whole-process people’s democracy is a democratic model explored by the Chinese people and the Communist Party of China in a century of struggle on the basis of inheriting and developing the Marxist concept of democracy. Compared with Western-style democracy, whole-process democracy is a trinity of empowerment, exercise of power, and substantive democracy. It surpasses the domination of capital. It is a socialist democracy that truly allows the people to be the masters of the country and obtains benefits. China’s whole-process democracy is the transcendence over Western-style democracy.
