摘要:
习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中提出全过程人民民主是社会主义民主政治的本质属性，是最广泛、最真实、最管用的民主。全过程人民民主以人民为价值取向、坚持人民的主体地位、始终满足人民的需要，并具有中华传统民本思想、资产阶级民主、马克思主义民主观、中国共产党百年民主实践等四大理论来源和根本保障、基本保障、运行保障三重制度保障。发展全过程人民民主，不仅有利于中国人民的根本利益，同时对世界其他国家人民摆脱西式民主模式霸权、探索符合自身国情的民主模式也有重要的启发性作用。
Abstract:
In his report to the 20th Party Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that people’s democracy in the whole process is an essential attribute of socialist democratic politics, and is the most extensive, authentic and effective democracy. People’s democracy in the whole process takes the people as its value orientation, adheres to the people’s dominant position, and always meets the people’s needs. It has four major theoretical sources, including Chinese traditional peopleoriented thought, bourgeois democracy, the Marxist concept of democracy, and the CPC’s onehundredyear democratic practice, and three institutional guarantees of fundamental safeguards, basic safeguards, and operational safeguards. The development of people’s democracy throughout the entire process not only serves the fundamental interests of the Chinese people, but also serves as an important source of inspiration for the people of other countries in the world to break away from the hegemony of the Western model of democracy and to explore a model of democracy that is in keeping with their own national conditions.
