摘要:
为推广白水泥在清水混凝土中的应用,通过室内试验的方法,针对掺入不同含量白水泥的清水混凝土在不同养护龄时开展了外观表现、工作性能、抗裂性能、抗拉强度、抗压强度和耐久性试验研究,探讨了ω白水泥和养护龄期对清水混凝土外观表现、力学性能和耐久性的影响。结果表明:白水泥掺入量影响清水混凝土的外观,白水泥掺量越大颜色越浅;随着ω白水泥的增加,清水混凝土早期工作性能略有改善,抗裂性能随之减弱,早期抗压强度、抗拉强度随之增大,电通量先增加后降低;随着养护龄期增加,养护28 、56 d 后,ω白水泥对抗压强度影响较小,抗拉强度随ω白水泥增加而减小;ω白水泥为50%时,养护后期的清水混凝土既具有良好外观,又具有较好的力学性能和耐久性。
Abstract:
In order to promote the application of white cement in fair-faced concrete, laboratory tests were conducted to investigate the appearance, workability, crack resistance, tensile strength, compressive strength, and durability of fair-faced concrete mixed with different content of white cement at different curing ages. The effects of white cement content and curing age on the appearance, mechanical properties, and durability of fair-faced concrete were discussed. Results show that the amount of white cement added affects the appearance of fair-faced concrete, and the greater the amount of white cement added, the lighter the color; with the increase of white cement content, the early working performance of fair-faced concrete slightly improves, the crack resistance decreases, the early compressive strength and tensile strength increase, and the electrical flux first increases and then decreases; with the increase of curing age, the influence of white cement content on compressive strength is small after 28 and 56 days of curing, and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of white cement content; when the content of white cement is 50%, the cured fair-faced concrete at the later stage not only has a good appearance, but also has good mechanical properties and durability.
