摘要:
新时代高校党的建设质量被赋予了新的内涵，关乎党的基层组织建设、立德树人、“双一流”建设以及党的建设和领导等。目前，我国高校党的质量在主体责任、思想认识、活动规范、工作机制和工作成效等方面仍然存在不少差距和突出问题。提升新时代高校党的建设质量成为亟待解决的现实课题，需要全面系统推进，提出从明确主体责任、创新思维理念、健全活动载体、形成良性治理等方面综合施策、协同运行，推动高校党的建设工作高质量发展。
Abstract:
In the new era, the quality of Party building in colleges and universities has been given new connotations, which are related to the construction of the Party’s grassroots organizations, the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation, the construction of “double firstclass” and the building and leadership of the Party. Until now, there are many gaps and prominent problems in the construction the Party in colleges and universities in China in terms of subjects’ responsibilities, ideological understanding, activity norms, working mechanism and work effectiveness. Improving the quality of Party building in colleges and universities in the new era has become a realistic issue to be solved urgently, and it needs to be promoted comprehensively and systematically. It is necessary to implement comprehensive policies and coordinate operation from the aspects of clarifying the subjects’ responsibilities, innovating modes of thought, improving activity carriers, and forming benign governance, so as to promote the highquality development of Party building in colleges and universities.
