摘要:
高校强力推进知识产权通识教育，对促进创新创业和培养国家所需的复合型、实务型人才具有十分重要的现实意义。以问卷方式调查福建省本科高校大学生在知识产权方面受教育现状，得出在教育观念、教育教学体系、服务管理机制等方面存在滞后与缺失等问题，提出完善知识产权通识教育是一个系统工程，应树立系统的教育站位思维，面向需求，建立完善的知识产权通识教育课程体系以及构建教育服务机制，全面护航知识产权通识教育。
Abstract:
It is of great practical significance to improve general education of intellectual property for colleges and universities to promote innovation and entrepreneurship and cultivate interdisciplinary and practical talents needed by the country. Questionnaire surveys were conducted to investigate into the status of intellectual property education among undergraduate students in Fujian province. It is concluded that there are delays and shortcomings in terms of educational concept, educational teaching system and service management mechanisms. Furthermore, it notes that perfecting general education of intellectual property is a systematic project; efforts have to be made to set up a systematic thinking of intellectual property education, establish a comprehensive and demand-oriented curriculum system, and construct an educational service mechanism to protect general education of intellectual property.
