摘要:
工匠精神是一种专业精神和深层次的文化形态,是应用型高校教师专业化发展的重要价值指引。基于工匠精神的应用型高校教师发展现状,尝试阐释其时代内涵和敬业乐业、笃学求真、精益求精等要素,并聚焦应用型高校教师工匠精神培育,如融入教师思想观念、注入教师工作环境、纳入教师培训体系等可行路径研究,旨在培养高素质的匠人型教师,为培养更多符合社会需求的能工巧匠做贡献。
Abstract:
Craftsman spirit is a kind of professional spirit and deep-rooted cultural form, which is playing an important role in value guidance for the professional development of teachers in applied collegesand universities. Based on the present situation of the development of craftsman spirit among these teachers, an attempt was made to define its contemporary connotation, and basic elements including honoring the profession, seeking truth and excellence, and so on. It also focuses on the cultivation of craftsman spirit among the teachers, exploring such practicable measures as integrating it into teachers’ ideas, injecting it into teachers’ working environment, and incorporating it into teachers’ training system, and so on. Such measures can help train high-quality craftsman-like teachers and then contribute to the training of more skilled craftsmen who can meet the needs of the society.
