摘要:
新形势下意识形态工作日趋复杂多变，辅导员是大学生意识形态教育的主要组织者、实施者、领航者、引导者。辅导员有效开展意识形态教育，必须着力强化责任意识、提升马克思主义教育传播能力、增强对多元社会思潮的研判能力、提升网络应对处置能力、具备较强资源统筹整合能力。
Abstract:
Under the current situation, the ideological work is becoming more and more complex and changeable. Counselors are the main organizers, implementers, navigators and guides of ideological education for college students. To effectively carry out ideological education, counselors must focus on strengthening the sense of responsibility, enhancing the ability of Marxist educational communication, improving the ability of research and judgment on the pluralistic social trends of thought, boosting the ability of network response and disposal and equipping themselves with a strong ability to coordinate and integrate resources.
