摘要:
随着新能源发电系统在电网中的广泛应用,其控制策略对距离保护性能的影响日益显著。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于电压平面的距离保护方法。首先,通过理论分析揭示了新能源并网系统中距离保护在故障工况下的性能劣化机制,特别是系统功角的显著增加对保护性能的影响。其次,基于故障后系统功角接近90°的运行特征,结合电压余弦量在大功角较工况下过渡电阻耐受能力增强的特性,提出了一种能够有效判断系统是否发生不对称相间故障的判据。基于Matlab/ Simulink 搭建的仿真模型进行验证,结果证实,该方案能够有效减少新能源发电系统控制策略的干扰,具有较强的抵御过渡电阻的能力,并且具有很高的灵敏度和可靠性。
Abstract:
With the wide application of renewable power generation system in power grid, its control strategy has an increasingly significant impact on distance protection performance. To solve this problem, a distance protection method based on voltage plane is proposed. Firstly, theoretical analysis reveals the performance degradation mechanism of the distance protection in the renewable power grid-connected system under fault conditions, especially the influence of the significant increase of the system power angle on the protection performance. Secondly, according to the characteristic that the system power angle is close to 90° after the fault, combined with the characteristic that the voltage cosine significantly increases the resistance to transition resistance when the power angle is large, an effective criterion for judging whether asymmetric phase fault occurs in the system is proposed. The simulation model constructed by Matlab/Simulink is verified, and results confirm that this scheme can reduce the interference of renewable power control strategies, showing a strong ability to resist transition resistance, and high sensitivity and reliability.
