摘要:
针对电网的连锁故障事故,为保证电网的经济运行,研究计及安全与网损的连锁故障预防控制方法。提出一个双层优化模型,模型使用基本粒子群算法求解,内层用以求解电网对于连锁故障的安全裕度,用节点注入功率之间的距离来表征;外层模型综合实现电网发生连锁故障的最大安全距离与最小网损。依托IEEE?39节点系统,对该双层优化模型的求解,并分析对比基本粒子群算法与其多种变体算法的求解结果。结果表明,基本粒子群算法效果较好,所提连锁故障预防控制方法综合考虑了电网对于连锁故障的安全裕度和网损,能在有效提高电网安全水平的同时使网损保持较低的水平。
Abstract:
To address the cascading failure accident of power grid and to ensure the economic operation of power grid, the prevention and control method of cascading failure considering safety and network loss is studied. A two-layer optimization model is proposed and solved using the basic particle swarm algorithm. The inner layer is used to solve the safety margin of the grid for cascading failures, which is characterized by the distance between nodes’ injected powers;the outer layer model integrates to achieve the maximum safety distance and the minimum network loss of the cascading failure of the power grid. Based on the IEEE-39 node system, the two-layer optimization model is solved and the solution results of the basic particle swarm algorithm and its multiple variants are analyzed and compared. Results show that the basic particle swarm algorithm is more effective, and the proposed cascading failure prevention and control method comprehensively considers the safety margin and network loss of the power grid for cascading failures, and can effectively improve the safety level of the power grid while maintaining a low level of network loss.
