针对现有骨料散装机控制方式落后、结构设计不合理等问题,设计一种带有旋转阀机构的自动骨料散装机。系统构建了散装机整体结构三维模型,采用有限元方法对旋转阀机构在最大载荷工况下进行仿真分析,发现阀芯结构强度冗余,对阀芯进行拓扑优化设计。在保证刚度性能的前提下,使阀芯质量从628.07 kg 减轻到407.26 kg,质量减轻35.15%,实现了阀芯的轻量化设计,为旋转阀芯的设计提供一定参考。

In view of the problems of the backward control mode and unreasonable structural design of aggregate bulk loading machine, an automatic aggregate bulk loader with rotary valve mechanism was designed.The system constructed a three-dimensional model of the overall structure of the bulk loader; the finite element method was used to simulate and analyze the rotary valve mechanism under the maximum load condition, and the structural strength of the spool was found to be redundant, and the topological optimization design of the spool was carried out to reduce the mass of the spool from 628.07 kg to 407.26 kg, with a mass reduction of 35.15%, while ensuring the stiffness performance, which realizes the lightweight design of the spool and provides a reference for the design of the rotary valve spool.
