摘要:
党中央和国务院联合发布?新时代公民道德建设实施纲要?，这是我国进入新时代推进公民道德建设的根本遵循。?纲要?直面新时代公民道德建设依然存在的道德问题，做到目标导向与问题导向相统一，从社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德和个人品德四个着力点，系统地全方位地建设新时代公民道德，推动全民道德素质和社会文明程度达到新高度。
Abstract:
The CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the “Implementation Outline for the Construction of Citizen Morality in the New Era”, which is the fundamental guideline for China to promote citizen morality construction in the new era. The “Outline” confronts the moral issues that still exist in the construction of citizen morals in the new era, unifying both the goal-orientation and the problem-orientation. It focuses on four main points: social morality, professional ethics, family virtues, and personal morality, and tries to systematically build the new era of citizen morality in an all-round way, promoting the moral quality and social civilization of the entire population to new heights.
