摘要:
随着网络技术发展，媒体的发展步入Web3.0，自媒体时代已悄然而至。自媒体打破了法治宣传教育的时空界限，增添了法治宣传教育的吸引力，强化了法治宣传教育的互动性，但是它也为高校法制宣传教育带来极大的挑战。因此，构建高校价值认同机制，提高人才素质，完善监管体系，强化大学生的媒介应用素质教育以及培育意见领袖对于推进高校法治宣传教育工作具有重要的意义。
Abstract:
With the development of network technology, the media has entered into the age of web3.0 with the emergence of We Media. We Media has broken the boundaries of time and space in the legal publicity and education, which has improved the attractiveness of legal publicity and education and strengthened the interaction of legal publicity and education. However, it has brought challenges for legal publicity and education. Hence, it is essential to promote the legal education by constructing a value identity mechanism in university, upgrading the quality of professionals（developing specialists on We Media）, perfecting the regulatory platforms, strengthening students’ media literacy, and fostering proper opinion leaders.
