摘要:
为配制可模拟目标围岩的相似材料,在铁晶砂材料的基础上,采用石膏和水泥两种胶结材料,设置骨胶比、(m铁粉+m重晶石粉) / m骨料、m铁粉/ (m铁粉+m重晶石粉)及m石膏/ m水泥4 个因素,一个因素设5 个水平,共25 组配比的正交试验方案。通过敏感性和线性回归分析,研究力学参数对影响因素的显著性及力学参数与各因素之间的定量关系。结果表明:相似材料力学参数可满足大部分类型岩体模型试验对材料力学参数的要求;对各因素及重晶石粉在骨料中占比与力学参数之间进行敏感性分析,其影响效果规律性强,可确定围岩相似材料配比;线性回归方程可量化参数与影响因素之间的关系,通过对比试验结果和回归分析结果,二者吻合性较强。
Abstract:
In order to prepare similar materials that can simulate the target surrounding rock, gypsum and cemented materials were used on the basis of iron crystal sand materials. Four factors including bone cement ratio, (iron powder + barite powder)/aggregate, iron powder/(iron powder + barite powder) and gypsum/cement were set. Five levels are set for each factor, and a total of 25 groups of orthogonal test schemes were set. Through sensitivity analysis and linear regression analysis, the significance of mechanical parameters on influencing factors and the quantitative relationship between mechanical parameters and various factors were studied. Results show that the mechanical parameters of similar materials can meet the requirements of most rock mass model tests; the sensitivity analysis between various factors and the proportion of barite powder in aggregate and mechanical parameters shows that the regularity of its effect is strong, and the proportion of similar materials in surrounding rock can be determined; the linear regression equation can quantify the relationship between the parameters and the influencing factors. Comparison of the test results and the regression analysis results show that the two are in good agreement.
