摘要:
针对拆卸方案评价指标具有的模糊性和复杂耦合关系特点,提出基于二元语义云模型的拆卸方案评价模型。在查阅文献和咨询相关行业专家的基础上结合废旧产品拆卸特点,建立废旧产品拆卸方案评价指标体系,该指标体系包括技术性、经济性、环境性3个一级指标和9个二级指标;引入二元语义表征各指标相对重要度,利用层次分析法构建二元语义判断矩阵,确定评价指标权重。通过各指标分级标准计算获得云模型的数字特征,在此基础上结合指标权重,构建基于二元语义云模型的废旧产品拆卸方案的评价模型;以圆柱圆锥齿轮减速器拆卸方案为例进行评价方法应用,结果表明,所提方法不仅兼顾当前政策导向且评价结果真实、可靠。
Abstract:
A disassembly plan evaluation model based on binary semantic cloud model was proposed to address the fuzziness and complex coupling characteristics of the evaluation indicators for disassembly plans. Firstly, based on extensive literature review and consultation with relevant industry experts, combined with the characteristics of waste product disassembly, an evaluation index system for waste product disassembly plans was established. This index system has three primary indicators, including technical, economic, and environmental aspects, and nine secondary indicators; secondly, binary semantics was introduced to represent the relative importance of each indicator, and analytic hierarchy process was used to construct a binary semantic judgment matrix to determine the weight of evaluation indicators. The digital features of the cloud model were obtained by calculating the grading standards of each indicator, and the indicator weights were combined with the digital features of the cloud model to construct an evaluation model for the disassembly plan of waste products based on the binary semantic cloud model; finally, the disassembly scheme of cylindrical bevel gear reducers was taken as the object for the application of the evaluation method. Results show that the proposed method not only takes into account the current policy orientation of social environmental protection, but also has authenticity and reliability in the evaluation results.
