以福州市典型的清末合院式传统民居——旗山湖70号古厝为研究对象,在当地典型的夏季晴热天气下,对室外、天井、厅堂、次间和披屋等场所,进行了太阳辐射、温湿度、风速、墙壁温度等热环境参数的测试分析,通过计算标准等效温度(SET?),结合游客热舒适投票调查(TCV),对其夏热特性与气候适应性开展研究。结果表明:室内温度有明显的热延迟效应,午间温度低于户外4~5 ℃,相对湿度总平均值接近60%,平均风速较低(<0.2 m/s),灰板壁的隔热性能显著优于木板壁;SET? 可反映古厝的热舒适性,当SET?超过33.3 ℃时游客开始出现热不舒适感,37.0 ℃为非常不舒适的临界点;对各测点参数进行差异化分析,尽管各测点长期处于不舒适或非常不舒适的区间,古厝在檐廊遮阳、墙体隔热与排窗通风等方面仍表现出对夏季炎热气候的适应策略,可在主导风向引入、室内通风、围护结构更新和外环境微气候调节等方面进一步优化。
Abstract:
No.70 Ancient House in Qishan Lake, a typical traditional courtyard house in the late Qing Dynasty in Fuzhou City was selected for field examination of thermal environment and climate adaptabilities including solar radiation, air temperature, humidity, wind speed and wall temperatures of patios, halls, secondary rooms, annexes and outdoor environment under typical summer sunny and hot meteorological situation. Standard equivalent temperature (SET*) and thermal comfort vote for visitors (TCV) were also employed to evaluate the summer thermal characteristics and climate adaptability. Results show that: 1) there was a significant thermal delay effect on indoor air temperatures, which were 4~5 ℃ lower than those of outdoors at noon. The total average relative humidity was close to 60% and remarkably low level of wind speeds (<0.2 m/s) were observed. Greyboard walls were significantly better insulated than wooden walls. 2) SET* could reflect the thermal comfort. When SET* exceeded 33.3 ℃, visitors began to feel thermally uncomfortable, and 37.0 ℃ was the critical point for them to feel very uncomfortable. Through differential analysis of the parameters of each measuring point, although each measuring point is in an uncomfortable or very uncomfortable range for a long time, the ancient houses still show the adaptation strategy to the hot summer climate in the aspects of eaves shading, wall insulation and window ventilation, which can be further optimized in the introduction of dominant wind direction, indoor ventilation, envelope structure renewal and outdoor environment microclimate regulation.
