摘要:
为提高线上教学软件的用户体验,应用质量功能展开法(quality function development,QFD) 构建符合线上教学特定需求的质量屋,将用户需求合理转化为设计要素权重,以情感化层次理论为指导进行线上教学软件界面设计。运用KJ分类法与德尔菲法,结合与用户需求相对应的质量特性构建质量屋,并采用独立配点法将用户需求权重转化为质量特性权重,产出界面设计指标权重?根据设计要素权重结合情感化层次理论进行线上教学软件界面设计。通过QFD与用户体验理论的有效结合可以作为线上教学软件界面设计的研究方法,为相关软件的优化设计提供新思路的同时,也可为同类软件的设计研究提供可数据化方式参考。
Abstract:
In order to improve user experience of online teaching software, quality function development was applied to build a house of quality that meets the specific needs of online teaching. User needs were reasonably transformed into the weights of design elements, and the interface design of online teaching software was carried out under the guidance of emotional hierarchy theory. Using KJ classification method and Delphi method, combined with the quality characteristics corresponding to user needs, the house of quality was constructed, and the weight of user needs was transformed into the weight of quality characteristics by using independent collocation method, and the weight of interface design index was output. According to the weight of design elements and the theory of emotional hierarchy, the online teaching software interface is designed. Through the effective combination of QFD and user experience theory, it can be used as a research method of online teaching software interface design, providing new ideas for the optimization design of related software, as well as providing reference for the design and research of similar software in a data-based way.
