摘要:
针对数控系统中连续微小线段的加工,提出一种前瞻的方法。结合段间圆弧过渡,简化S加减速,双向前瞻缓冲,实现各段起点速度、刹车速度和终点速度的计算,从而达到段间速度平滑过渡。实验结果表明,该方法具有计算量小、处理速度快、速度变换柔和等优点,可以满足数控系统实时快速的控制需求。
Abstract:
A look|ahead approach was presented for the machining of continuous micro line segments in NC system. Combined with the arc transition between segments, the S|curve acceleration and deceleration was simplified together with the two|way look|ahead buffering, so as to compute the starting velocity, braking velocity and terminal velocity for each segment, and then achieve a smooth transition between segments. Experimental results show that the method has such advantages as a small calculation amount, fast processing speed and soft speed transformation, which can meet the demands of real|time and fast control requirements of the numerical control(NC) system.
