摘要:
地方高等师范院校的教师教育特色，使其在教育硕士培养方面有着师资、课程资源、实践基地、教育科研、教师文化诸多优势；但由于其办学综合实力较弱、区位劣势、教育硕士培养起步晚等原因，使其在招生、培养、管理各项工作中遭遇重重困境。探索解困之道，有利于地方高师院校培养教育硕士事业的可持续发展。
Abstract:
The characteristics of teachers’ education in the local teachers’ colleges and universities have brought a lot of advantages in faculty, curriculum resources, practice bases, educational researches and teacher culture to the training of Masters of Education. However, due to the weak comprehensive strength, geographical disadvantages and the late start, the training of Masters of Education has encountered many difficulties in enrolling, training and management. Exploring the ways out is conducive to the sustainable development of the training of Masters of Education in local teachers’ colleges and universities.
