摘要:
平潭是两岸同胞共同家园、全国第二个国际旅游岛，是“闽台合作窗口和对外开放窗口”，未来还将朝着自由港城市迈进，塑造具有地方特色的海岛城市风貌对平潭未来发展意义重大。总结平潭城市风貌现状，梳理挖掘城市特色之源，提出平潭“海上花园之城、文化包容之城、低碳智慧之城”的特色定位和“平潭风、台湾味、国际范”的城市格调，并从“宏观、中观、微观”三个尺度和“法定化、标准化、精细化、多元化”四个方面，阐述了平潭国际旅游岛特色风貌塑造与城市设计的具体路径和管控措施。
Abstract:
Pingtan is the common home of both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the second international tourism island of the whole country. It has become “a window of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan as well as that of opening to the outside world”. In the future, it is going to become a city of free port. Therefore, shaping the style of the island city with local characteristics is of great significance to the future development of Pingtan. Based on a summary of Pingtan city’s present landscape and an exploration into the origins of its features, the position as “a garden city at sea, a city of cultural tolerance and a city with low carbon” was fixed for the city and its was supposed to be a city with “local features, Taiwan flavor and international style”. Specific methods and control measures were put forward for the shaping of the characteristics of Pingtan international tourism island and its urban design from three dimensions: the macro, the meso and the micro together with the four aspects: legalization, standardization, refinement, diversification.
