摘要:
磁元件损耗在功率变换器总损耗中占据了较大的比例,其损耗的准确评估对功率变换器的效率至关重要。测量技术是一切研究磁元件损耗的基础,也是评估磁元件损耗的最直接和有效的手段。总结现有磁元件损耗的测量技术,对比分析各种热量测量法,电气测量法的工作原理、特点及应用场合,展望磁元件损耗测量技术的发展趋势和研究方向。
Abstract:
The losses of magnetics account for a relatively large proportion of the total loss of power converter, the accurate estimation of which is critical to the efficiency of power converters. The measurement technology is the foundation of all research on the magnetics losses, which is also the most direct and effective means to evaluate the magnetics losses. Available magnetics losses measurement techniques were reviewed. The principle, characteristics and application of various calorimetric methods and electrical measurement methods were compared and analysed. Finally, the development trends and research directions of the magnetics losses measurement technology were envisaged.
